These terms cover the xniperbuilds.com website and the products XniperBuilds publishes on it — Xnipertools, XniperArcade, Xniper Social Studio, Riplox (Desktop, for Android, TT and IG), Cipherly, JFF Stylish Name, JFF Crosshair Pro, Clutch, Transport Ledger and Rent Ledger. By using the website or one of these products, you agree to them.
The short version: use our products lawfully, only save or share content you have the right to, and understand that free software comes as it is. Each product’s own privacy policy and licence still apply on top of these terms.
Who we are
XniperBuilds is an independent studio that builds free web tools, browser games, Android apps and business desktop software. You can reach us at hello@xniperbuilds.com.
Using our products
- Use them only for lawful purposes. Do not use them to harass anyone, to spread malware, or to break the rules of another service.
- Do not try to disrupt our servers, abuse our forms, or send spam through them.
- Our apps do not need an account with us. Some features let you sign in to a third-party service so the app can reach content your own account can already open. That sign-in is between you and that service, and its terms apply.
Downloaders and content rights
Riplox and its sibling apps save videos and media from other websites. You are responsible for what you save and how you use it: only download content you own or have permission to keep, and respect creators’ rights and each platform’s own terms. Our products are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the platforms they work with.
Where you get our apps
Apps installed from Google Play are also covered by Google Play’s terms. Apps and programs downloaded from our website come from our official GitHub releases; please install only from the links on xniperbuilds.com or our GitHub pages.
Open-source software
Several of our products are open source. Their source code is available under the licence shown in each repository (for example, GPL v3 for Riplox Desktop). Where a licence gives you more rights than these terms, that licence applies to that code.
Paid products and in-app purchases
Paid products, such as Xniper Social Studio, and in-app purchases are governed by the price, licence and terms shown when you buy. Purchases made through Google Play follow Google Play’s own payment and refund policies.
Ads
Some of our free apps show ads from third-party ad networks. Each app’s privacy policy explains what those networks receive.
Test builds
If you join our app-testing programme, test builds are pre-release. They may contain bugs, and they can change or stop working without notice.
Our name and content
The XniperBuilds name, logos and the content of this website belong to XniperBuilds, except where a licence or credit says otherwise.
No warranty
Our products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We work hard to keep them reliable, but we cannot promise they will always work, be free of errors, or keep working with third-party websites that change.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, XniperBuilds is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits arising from your use of the website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
How this website handles data is described in our Privacy Policy. Each app and program also has its own privacy policy, linked from its page.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always at this URL, with its date at the top. If you keep using a product after a change, you accept the updated terms.
